This Privacy Policy uses terminology from the Imprint & Terms of Use section 2.01.

In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, ‚globo21.com‘ (hereinafter „Globo21“ and „Website“) undertakes to take the necessary technical and organizational measures, depending on the level of security that corresponds to the risk of the data collected.

1.02 - Scope of the Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data by Globo21 Exclusive Service Group S.L. from:

  • Visitors and users of Globo21’s various websites, including the website on ‚globo21.com‘, computer or mobile software applications and our social media pages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as Websites)
  • Participants of Globo21 events
  • Customers and prospects and their representatives
  • Subscribers to the Globo21-Newsletter

1.03 - Registration of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Globo21 through the contact form on its pages will be incorporated and processed in its files.
1.04 - Principles for the processing of personal data

The processing of the User’s personal data is governed by the following principles contained in article 5 of the GDPR and in articles 4 and following of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:

1.05 - Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.
1.06 - Purposes of processing personal data

Personal data are collected and managed by Globo21 in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments entered into between the website and the user or to maintain the relationship established in the forms filled in by the latter, or to respond to a request.

Likewise, the data can be used for commercial personalization, operational and statistical purposes and activities of the corporate purpose of Globo21, as well as for the extraction, storage of data and marketing studies in order to customize the content offered to the user in order to improve the quality, operation and navigation of the website.

Personal data are only kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes of their processing or until the user requests their deletion.
1.08 - Personal data of minors
In compliance with the provisions of Article 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Article 13 of the RDLOPD, only persons over 14 years of age may give their consent to the lawful processing of their personal data through Globo21. If it is a minor under the age of 14, the processing will require the consent of the parent or guardian, which will be considered lawful only to the extent that they have authorized it.
1.09 - Secrecy and Security of personal data

Depending on the risk of the data collected, Globo21 undertakes to take the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, personal data stored or otherwise processed or unauthorized transmission or prevent access to this data.

The website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted in a secure and confidential manner, since the transmission of data between the server and the user and in the feedback is fully encrypted.

However, since Globo21 cannot guarantee the impregnability of the Internet or the complete absence of hackers or anyone else who might fraudulently access personal data, the data controller undertakes to notify the user immediately if there is a probable breach of security of personal data a high risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons. The user has on Globo21 and can therefore exercise the following rights, recognized by the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:

  • Right of access: It is the user’s right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Globo21 is processing their personal data and, if so, information about their specific personal data and the processing carried out by Globo21.
  • Right to Rectification: It is the user’s right to amend his personal data that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete considering the purposes of the processing.
  • Right to Erasure: It is the right of the user, unless the applicable legislation provides otherwise, to request the erasure of their personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; the user has to withdraw their consent to the processing.
  • Right to object: It is the user’s right not to carry out the processing of his personal data or to stop their processing by Globo21.

  • User’s name, surname and copy of ID card. In cases where a representation is allowed, the identification of the person representing the user by the same means is also required, as well as the document accrediting the representation. The photocopy of the identity card can be substituted by any other legal means of proof of identity.
  • Request specifying the specific reasons for the request or information you wish to access.
  • Address for notification purposes.

2. - ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

It is necessary that the user has read and agrees to the conditions for the protection of personal data contained in this privacy policy. Use of the website implies acceptance of its privacy policy.

Globo21 reserves the right to modify its privacy policy according to its own criteria or following a legislative, jurisprudential or doctrinal change from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Changes or updates to this privacy policy will not be expressly communicated to the user. The user is advised to consult this page regularly to be informed of the latest changes or updates.
