How much does it cost to list a property/yacht with you?

Do you also offer holiday rentals?
Of course! These properties can be found using the rental category in the real estate search. We welcome you to contact us, to offer your property for holiday rentals.
How much do the high-resolution images of my property/yacht cost?
The images for your listing are created free of charge. These will be watermarked and may not be used/copied/distributed/modified. For a price of 250 Euros the image package can be purchased to allow you to use/distribute them.
How can I change details in my listing?
You can use the contact form to send us suggestions for changes. However, if data or details about the property/yacht need to be changed, you may contact the agent assigned to you directly.
What is the pricing of the real estate/yacht maintenance and care?
In our yacht maintenance & care sector, we mainly work with hourly rates. In the real estate sector, we mainly use fixed prices that are dependant on the amount of work involved. You can easily inquire about all of this via the contact form or by telephone!
I want my house to be in a great condition when I arrive, do you do that?
In addition to the maintenance and care of your property, we also offer a lot of extras and preparations for a relaxing stay: For example shopping of any kind, heating or cooling your property before your arrival, or preparations for celebrations. Simply write us or give us a call to find out more.

On the ground floor there is everything that makes a golfer's and connoisseur's heart beat faster. Starting with the huge 18-hole course in the great outdoors as well as a golf equipment and rental shop at the entrance and of course a first-class Italian restaurant for relaxation and fine dining in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.
